Job Summary:

The Accounting Assistant responsible for processing, monitoring, and maintaining records of payments and expenditures. The role ensures that all supplier invoices are properly verified, recorded, and paid in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
