Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Vivas and Vivas Law Office Full time $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments/meetings for attorneys

  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/packages

  • Maintain client files

  • Scanning and record keeping of documents

  • Type, proofread and format legal documents, pleadings, contracts, etc.

  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed

  • Filing/Mailing of pleadings and other documentes with the post office and other governemnt agencies, as needed

  • Process, submit, track and record business permits, licenses, and regulatory applications

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Absolute confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters

  • Reliable and able to multi-task

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

We will prioritize applicants who reside in Manila. Preference will be given to those with previous experience working in a law office, but applicants without experience are also welcome to apply.
