Job Title: Senior Paralegal Liaison

A highly skilled and detail-oriented paralegal is sought to manage a wide range of tasks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to prepare and organize evidence for trials, hearings, and closings.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing calendars, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, outside counsel, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Support the preparation of pleadings, contracts, and corporate records, ensuring timely submission to courts and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation and transactional matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and litigation processes, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with corporate and business transactions, contract preparation, and legal document drafting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
