We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead our hotel's marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive bookings, and highlight our unique guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for rooms, dining, and events.
  • Manage the hotel's social media, website, and digital advertising activities.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to create promotional packages.
  • Supervise the marketing team and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Maintain partnerships with media, influencers, and travel agencies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (preferably in hotels or resorts).
  • Strong background in digital marketing and branding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
