Job Title: BPO Marketing Supervisor

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Job Summary: The BPO Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition for the BPO. This role involves supervising campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and collaborating with sales and operations to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the marketing team, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for BPO services, including customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, events, and partnerships).
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing collateral, website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the BPO industry trends, competitors, and client needs to adapt marketing approaches.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in BPO, IT, or service-based industries.
  • Proven experience managing a team and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced BPO environment.
