Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Plant (OSP) Technician located in Metro Manila. The OSP Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of external telecommunication infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include cable splicing, testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring network reliability. The technician will also handle equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs as needed, while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cable splicing, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in network equipment inspections and routine maintenance
  • Ability to perform emergency repairs and ensure network reliability
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Technical certification or relevant experience in telecommunications or related field
  • Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills
