Document Control Associate

The primary responsibility of the Document Control Associate is to ensure that the documents necessary for the effective implementation of the Quality Management System of SISC remain legible, easily identifiable and are updated, registered, properly distributed and easily retrieved.

On Controlling Documents

  1. Reviews documents and checks/ verifies its alignment with the actual processes.

  2. Ensures proper registration and distribution of new/ amended documents and retrieval of obsolete ones.

  3. Retrieves documents and/or manuals from departing employees before signing the clearance.

  4. Safe keeps the Master Copies of documents.

On Process Audits

  1. Prepares and distributes Annual Audit Schedules, Audit Plan, Audit Engagement Letters and other documents necessary to ensure a successful Audit.

  2. Records Internal Audit findings.

  3. Assists Department/ Unit Heads in addressing nonconformity reports.

  4. Safe keeps documents pertaining to both Internal and External Audits.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Preferably with experience in ISO Documentation and Implementation
  • Must be of good moral character
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in computer application
