We're Hiring: Finance Associate

Work Location: Alabang Site

Reports To: Finance Officer / Finance Head

Role Overview:

The Finance Associate provides support in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role focuses on transaction processing, documentation, and basic financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense reimbursements
  • Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
  • Maintain financial records and filing systems
  • Assist in compliance-related submissions (e.g., tax filings, government reports)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years' experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
