Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of catalogue production, from planning to delivery, ensuring content is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, coordinating timelines, content inputs, and approvals to meet strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure necessary assets and ensure compliance with production standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all catalogue elements, including product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Build and maintain catalogue content within the Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience producing digital content at scale is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, including experience managing stakeholders across teams.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar tools is an advantage.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work Setup: Full time; Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days work from home)

AU Business Hours (6:00AM-3:00PM/7:00AM-4:00PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
