  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to set up systems, install software or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Support roll-out of new applications
  • Setup new user accounts and profiles and resolve password issues

Work Setup and Location:

  • Onsite during the probationary period
  • Hybrid setup available after 1 year
  • Night shift schedule

  • Office is located at Shaw, Mandaluyong

  • Minimum Qualifications: College Graduate in Information Systems or Computer Science

  • Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Knowledgeable in file and printer sharing
  • Strong problem-solving skills in PC hardware troubleshooting
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, mostly night shift
