Position: Spanish Bilingual Representative

Job Location: Quezon City Metro Manila

Pay Rate: 50,000 – PHP 55,000

Shift Timings: Shifting

Schedule Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday

Must Have:


• Spanish Certification – B1 level or higher


• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English

Qualifications:

● Willing to work onsite

● Willing to work on a night shift

● Can start immediately

● BPO experience (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

● Assist with basic customer communication in Spanish and English

● Support simple administrative tasks as needed

● Participate in team meetings and training sessions

● Learn and grow within the role with ongoing support

● Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.

● Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to implement process improvements.

● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
