Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (New York Time)Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and team coordination. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage campaigns end-to-end, align cross-functional teams, and ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
You'll work remotely during US Eastern business hours, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to execute high-impact marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Analytics Management
Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Implement tracking codes and extract actionable insights from event-driven data.
Project Management
Manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
Budget Management
Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources aligned with company goals.
Market Research
Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging trends that inform strategy.
Digital Marketing Execution
Utilize social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC channels to meet defined marketing objectives.
Content Management
Oversee the creation of engaging written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand voice and marketing strategy.
Team Collaboration
Lead daily and weekly check-ins with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely project updates.
Leadership & Coordination
Guide project teams, foster collaboration, and maintain accountability to achieve marketing milestones.
Continuous Learning
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and eCommerce best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar marketing leadership role.
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working with remote teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Skilled in using cloud-based tools (G Suite, project management, and collaboration platforms).
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
Interest in eCommerce, startups, and marketing innovation.
Experience in social media management and customer service is a plus.
