Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

1.  Social Media Management

Content Scheduling: Manage regular posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in alignment with the campaign calendar.

Campaign Deployment: Create and optimize paid campaigns (lead generation, remarketing, awareness).

Community & Engagement:

Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries.

Forward leads to sales team & CRM promptly.

Analytics: Track reach, engagement, conversions, and recommend adjustments.

2.  Creative Design & Campaign Visuals

Graphic Design: Create marketing materials, social media posts, ads, and campaign visuals using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (and similar tools).

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals are aligned with 1WAN brand guidelines.

Collaboration: Work with sales and management teams to design collateral for events, proposals, and client presentations.

Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports covering digital platforms, website traffic, and social campaigns.

3.  Digital Marketing & Google Platforms

Google Analytics

Regular analysis of traffic, behavior, and conversion reports.

Google Ads & Campaign Management

Budget monitoring and ongoing optimization

Keyword research and competitor benchmarking
