The Opportunity: Join as our IoT Engineering Resident and learn how to build production-grade hardware systems that track thousands of sources and monitor in real-time. You'll work directly with our CTO to create IoT devices that power decisions and cut business cost.

What You'll Learn & Build:

  • Design and deploy GPS tracking devices
  • Integrate sensors, temperature monitors, and diagnostics
  • Build edge computing solutions for real-time data processing
  • Create firmware that works reliably in harsh field conditions
  • Develop IoT device management systems at scale
  • Bridge hardware sensors with cloud platforms

We're Looking For:

  • Fresh grad or final year student in ECE/Computer Engineering/Electronics
  • Basic understanding of microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry Pi)
  • Some experience with sensors and embedded systems
  • Problem-solving mindset and debugging patience
  • Excited about hardware-software integration
  • Willing to get hands dirty with actual devices

Technical Nice-to-Haves:

  • Projects with Arduino, NodeMCU, or Raspberry Pi
  • Understanding of communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI)
  • Basic programming (C/C++/Python)
  • PCB design or circuit knowledge
  • Participated in robotics/IoT competitions
  • Thesis involving hardware projects

  • You understand both hardware and software basics
  • You want to see your devices deployed in the real world

Location: Davao City (On-site required - hands-on hardware work)
