The Opportunity: Join as our Data Analytics Resident and learn how to turn millions of data points into actionable business intelligence. You'll work directly with the CEO and CTO to build data pipelines, analytics, and scoring models that will power lending decisions and operational insights for hundreds of fleet operators.

What You'll Learn & Build:

  • Design data architecture for processing 1M+ points daily
  • Build ETL pipelines for real-time analytics
  • Create scoring models
  • Develop dashboards that help businesses save
  • Transform raw sensor data into predictive insights
  • Learn how data drives real business decisions

Your Residency Journey:

  • Month 1-2: Master SQL and our data stack, understand fleet operations
  • Month 3-4: Build production pipelines and analytics dashboards
  • Month 5-6: Create ML models for credit scoring and optimization
  • Post-residency: ₱35-40K full-time role as Data Analyst/Engineer

We're Looking For:

  • Fresh grad or recent graduate in Math/Statistics/CS/Engineering/Economics
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred but not required - Excel power user (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)
  • Preferred but not required - SQL basics preferred but not required - we'll teach you
  • Curious about how businesses actually work
  • Wants to see their analysis drive real decisions

Technical Nice-to-Haves:

  • Python basics (even just from school)
  • Statistics/probability coursework
  • Any experience with data visualization
  • Economics or finance subjects
  • Thesis/research involving data analysis
