  • Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to construction schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams for efficient task execution.
  • Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure daily progress reports are submitted through client-preferred platforms such as ISDP, WhatsApp, or Viber, and maintain consistent communication on project status.
  • Review and interpret telecom infrastructure designs, blueprints, and project plans.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are available on-site as per project requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction and installation processes.
  • Ensure that replenishments and liquidations are accurate and complete prior to pre-approval, maintaining accountability for project funds.
  • Document and report discrepancies or issues, and propose solutions to the Project Manager.
  • Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox meetings with on-site workers.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, resource usage, and technical issues.
  • Prepare as-built documentation and reports upon project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering;
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in telecom construction or related fields;
  • Preferably a resident of DAVAO CITY;
  • Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments anywhere in MINDANAO;
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, materials, and equipment;
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings;
  • Strong understanding of structural analysis, surveying, and project costing;
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee telecom construction projects from initiation to completion;
  • Preferably with BOSH/COSH training;
  • Must have driving skills and a valid, updated driver's license
