Job Summary:
The Leasing Administration Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the leasing team in contract preparation, monitoring, and tenant coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all leasing contracts and documentation.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding lease requirements, renewals, and compliance.
- Monitor lease expirations and assist in renewal negotiations.
- Ensure accuracy of lease data in the system and generate reports as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Operations) for lease-related concerns.
- Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and issues related to leasing documentation.
Job Specification (JS)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or administrative roles.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and leasing management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of leasing processes and legal documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
