Job Description

As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. You'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, shaping our brand narrative, and designing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Supervise the marketing team and coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments
  • Manage the company's brand identity, promotions, and advertising initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide positioning and pricing strategies
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts (e.g., social media, content creation, email campaigns)
  • Regularly analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or the non-life insurance industry
  • Knowledgeable in various sales and marketing strategies, tools, and platforms
  • Excellent in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and team management experience preferred
  • Highly customer service-oriented and results-driven
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
