JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible in leading the Product Management team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market.

  • Responsible in guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.

  • The primary driver of the group's vision; overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.

  • They are product experts with a powerful capability to make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.

  • Responsible in ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals

  • Oversees respective products' Profit/Loss, handles product pricing and control.
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses
  • Responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations.
  • Monitors monthly sales progress and closely coordinates with sales team on how to achieve targets.
  • Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Oversees the roles of juniors in the product management department, that is the; Product Owners and Product Managers.  The Product Head constantly ensures that the functions of these positions are properly and effectively being executed.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities

  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.

  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills

  • Professional level in verbal and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

Education, Licenses and Certificates

  • Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course Bachelor's degree in Office/Business Administration, Business Management and/or other related courses

Relevant Experience

  • At least three (3) years work experience as a Product Manager
