About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales & Quoting Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of proven experience in the solar industry, with strong knowledge of solar grids, installations, and sales processes. This is a full-time role that combines quoting, client communication, and outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive solar quotes using tools such as Pylon and Solar Plus
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to engage prospects and generate leads
  • Communicate with clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions
  • Assist in designing and presenting solar system proposals
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth project handover from sales to installation
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, quotes, and client interactions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry (required)
  • Familiarity with solar grids, installations, and system design
  • Proficiency in using Pylon, Solar Plus, or similar quoting/design tools
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills for cold calling
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling quotes and customer data
