Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and layout of solar PV systems, including load calculations, wiring diagrams, and panel sizing.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather technical data for feasibility studies.
  • Support project teams during installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Electrical Code, OSHS, and DOE regulations.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, reports, and inspection records.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and provide after-sales technical support as needed.
  • Stay updated on solar energy technologies and innovations to continuously improve technical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Engineer is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates or with 1–2 years of related experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with solar PV technology, inverters, and batteries preferred.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software; knowledge of PVsyst/Helioscope is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel and technical reporting.
