Job Overview
The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, occupational health, and safety laws, regulations, and company standards across Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp. operations. The role supports the ESG Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS programs, policies, and practices that promote a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment.
The EHS Officer collaborates closely with the Operations and QA teams to drive proactive safety measures, conduct risk assessments, monitor environmental compliance, and strengthen Wild Flour's overall safety and sustainability culture.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business related course
- Keen with details, excellent organizational and communications skills
- Result oriented, excellent with process improvements
- Has 2 years relevant experience from any retail business
- BOSH certified
