Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Quezon City. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, carrying out the hiring process, conducting interviews, and recruiting top talent. Day-to-day tasks include creating effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, managing interview schedules, and maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process.

QualificationsExperience in Job Description Development and RecruitingSkills in Hiring and InterviewingStrong Interpersonal SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and on-site

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
