We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring both precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Document Preparation & Filing

  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure full compliance with court rules, formatting standards, and strict deadlines

Evidence Review

  • Organize, review, and summarize case evidence
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trial strategy development

Billing & Administrative Support

  • Manage billing workflows and routine administrative tasks
  • Prepare and send client invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

  • We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—to effectively collaborate with our diverse team and stakeholders. Near-native fluency is highly preferred.
  • Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry. Prior experience in billing and invoicing is an advantage.
  • Candidates are expected to have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup connection. Willingness to work night shifts and overtime is required.

This is an established firm with extensive experience employing individuals in long-term, full-time roles of 40+ hours per week.
