Job Summary

  • We're looking for a Production-Focused Graphic Designer who enjoys working with technical drawings, planning precise layouts, and preparing accurate, high-quality artwork for print production and fabrication. This role is all about turning concepts into production-ready files, creating detailed 2D layout drawings, and ensuring every file meets strict production specifications. You'll collaborate closely with our in-house and remote teams, so clear communication, problem-solving, and a passion for technical accuracy are essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Create layout drawings, 2D plans, and animation-ready compositions using Adobe Illustrator
  • Prepare print-ready files, including bleeds, cut marks, and correct sizing for production
  • Design high-resolution graphics and artwork for production using Adobe Photoshop
  • Work with technical drawings, die-lines, cutting paths, and large-format layouts
  • Produce basic motion graphics or placeholders using After Effects (bonus if experienced)
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure files meet all production requirements

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong attention to detail and a love for precision and structure
  • Ability to read and create 2D technical drawings.
  • Interest in technical design, production processes, and creative problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects and 3D experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when working with teams
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and logical thinking
