As we scale, we’re looking for a driven and people-first HR Generalist to join our team in Manila. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth fintech startup and help build the systems, culture, and experiences that support our growing team across the region. Role Overview As HR Generalist, you’ll work closely with leadership to support all aspects of our people operations in Manila and beyond. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee engagement, you’ll help ensure that Offramp remains a great place to work as we grow. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, adaptable, and excited to build HR processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Own and manage recruitment operations in Manila, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and supportive employee experience Assist with payroll, government compliance, and benefits administration in accordance with Philippine labor laws Help source and set up Offramp’s first office in Manila, working with leadership to create a productive and welcoming space Develop and implement internal HR policies and documentation Support day-to-day people operations and respond to employee inquiries Track key HR metrics and support leadership with people insights and reporting Drive internal engagement initiatives, team events, and culture-building activities (local and abroad) Who We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with HR systems, payroll tools, and recruiting platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment A team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Passion for fintech or crypto is a bonus Please send over your CV to with the subject line: HR Generalist – Manila We’ll reach out promptly to qualified candidates for a first-round interview.
