Project Director oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion. He/She must be project in-depth and must monitor construction progress. He/She must ensure that construction schedules are followed; and that it conforms with agreed specifications, quality standards; and complies to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Must be well-versed in finance to monitor the project's financial performance and position that aligns to the business plan and budgetary requirements. Able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Should have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
  • Professional Licensed, CPA is an advantage
  • With at least ten (10) years of related working experience
  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Real-Estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and people management skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to relocate in Cagayan De Oro
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
