JOB SUMMARY

To handle and implement the Quality Control Management aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) from Construction and Post-Construction Stages in accordance with plans and specifications and within acceptable quality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:


• Responsible for the over-all Quality Control Management of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) to conform to standard, plans and specification to avoid recurring defects.


• Coordination function/task of the PM's with regards to quality concerns, turn-over /acceptance processes and other 'construction-related' customer concerns.


• Monitors Projects' QC activities in coordination with proper stakeholders.


• Attends as required regular Project Weekly and Monthly Management Meetings.


• Attends emergency meetings as required with concerned members of the Project Team and Contractors / Suppliers.


• Attends Management Committee and Project Directors' Meeting when required.


• Evaluates / Review submitted Billing Requests, Work Authorization Orders (WAO) and Change Order Requests if necessary.


• Coordinate directly with the Master planner, Project Design Group (PDG), Sales, Procurement Team as to the requirement of the Project if necessary.


• Monitors the review of Plans, Design and Specifications up to for Construction Drawings (FCD) of MEPF prior to and during construction.


• Ensure that site has a printed "For Construction Plan readily available on site.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Must be a PRC licensed Electrical Engineer.


• Preferably 5 years' experience specializing in Engineering Construction/Structural/Civil or equivalent.


• Knowledgeable in outline specs, building systems, and construction methodologies.


• Knowledge in MEPF works and familiar with the design standards and codes.


• Knowledgeable in Computer Aided Design (CAD), MS Office.
