Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate with a certificate in Air Conditioning/HVAC technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Electro-mechanical, or any related courses
  • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in the following skills: (1) Electrical Installation, Repair, Operation & Maintenance; (2) HVAC/Mechanical Installation, Repair, Operation & Maintenance; (3) Plumbing & Sanitary Skills
  • Willing to work in Muñoz, Quezon City

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular rounds/ inspections of all building plant and equipment and common area facilities
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good running condition.
  • Operate and monitor the operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling systems, lighting, restroom facility, etc.
  • Assist customers and entertain inquiries and purchases
  • Maintenance of the equipment
  • Fix and troubleshoot equipment
  • Demonstrate the function of the equipment to customers
  • Perform other tasks given by the Supervisor
