Aircon Technician

About the Role
We need a skilled Aircon Technician to ensure our building's cooling systems run smoothly, especially during events. The role requires flexible scheduling (weekdays, weekends, evenings) and someone who is dependable and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot different types of air-conditioning units (split-type, window-type, centralized, etc.) during events.
● Ensure cooling systems are functioning properly before, during, and after events.
● Respond quickly to technical issues or breakdowns during live events.
● Assist in building facilities maintenance as needed.
● Coordinate with the events team to support client needs.
Qualifications:
● At least a high school graduate.
● At least 2 years of experience as aircon technician.
● TESDA NC II certification in RAC Servicing (preferred but not required).
● Knowledgeable in different types of air-conditioning systems (split, window, centralized, portable, etc.).
● Physically fit and detail-oriented.
● Willing to work on flexible schedules depending on events.
● Team player with a proactive attitude.
