About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team at Risla Collection Inc. based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems for our clients. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with air conditioning systems, and carry out necessary repairs
  • Install new air conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address any concerns or queries
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest air conditioning technologies and techniques

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work
  • Good communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients
  • Flexibility to work on call and respond to emergency repairs as needed
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
