Job Summary: The ideal candidate should be a skilled technician who can find and fix any problem with different kinds of aircon units quickly. We are looking for an Aircon Technician with experience. The candidate must be honest and can be trusted. You should be good at finding ways to fix difficult problems and be able to see possible future issues with the aircon unit. We need someone who can explain the problem and the needed repairs to the customer in a simple way. Being respectful, clean in your work, and happy to do a good job every time is very important.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting

  • Checking the aircon unit carefully to find out exactly what is broken or not working right.
  • Knowing how to fix different types and brands of aircons, like window type, split type, and inverter aircons.
  • Safely repairing or replacing broken parts of the unit, like electrical wiring, fans, or compressors.

Maintenance

  • Doing complete and thorough cleaning of the indoor and outdoor units to remove all dirt and dust.
  • Checking the freon level and refilling it if necessary to make sure the aircon is cooling properly.
  • Checking all parts of the aircon to make sure everything is working well and to prevent future problems.

Miscellaneous:

  • Constantly learning industry trends and current rates to determine next steps and strategies

  • Ensuring compliance of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

  • Finding ways of improving processes and workflows

  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or the Officer in Charge based on the different demands faced by the company.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the mall's facilities to identify areas that require improvement or repair.
  • Assist with the installation of internet cables and other technology as needed as required.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests from tenants and management as required.

Initial monthly salary range for this role is from PHP 18, ,000 and is commensurate to relevant job experience.

Job Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than three (3) years, commensurate with achievements.
  • Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge in the field
  • Must have graduated with a relevant Bachelor's Degree.

Please Note

  • This position requires the employee to report to the main office headquartered in Quezon City from Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • You will report to our Foreman and Head Electrician.
