  • Provides legal advice, drafts and negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks. Key duties include advising on telecommunications laws, managing contracts, assisting with regulatory requirements, developing internal policies, and collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the telecommunications company adheres to all relevant national and industry-specific laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, such as service agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing deals, to protect the company's interests.
  • Legal Advice: Provide comprehensive legal guidance to management and other departments on a wide range of issues, including regulatory matters, product development, and new market entry.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with the company's operations and business activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to facilitate permits, approvals, and ongoing compliance efforts.
  • Policy & Training Development: Assist in developing and implementing internal legal guidelines, policies, and training programs for employees on legal compliance and best practices.
  • Internal Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure their activities are legally sound and aligned with company objectives.
  • Research & Documentation: Conduct legal research on telecommunications laws and prepare legal documents and opinions as needed.
