QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or any Environmental related courses
• Has at least six (6) months' work experience in landscape maintenance operations, with exposure to fieldwork, plant health management, and maintenance activities
• Knowledgeable on landscape management practices, plant care, and pest control measures
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, inventory management, data analysis, and communication purposes
• Physically fit to perform hands-on tasks such as plant care, equipment handling, and site inspections

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Landscape Evaluation and Audits:

• Performs scheduled audits of landscape maintenance operations across all Ready-For-Occupancy (RFO) projects to ensure alignment with established quality standards and adherence to project specifications and requirements
• Documents on-ground issues such as improper pruning, nutrient deficiencies, presence of hazardous trees, pest infestations, and inefficiencies in irrigation, water features, play areas, and fitness areas
• Assists in identifying areas for improvement and provide preliminary recommendations to enhance plant health, pest management, and overall aesthetic quality
• Assesses the condition, functionality, and suitability of tools and equipment available on site, and provides recommendations for improvements or replacements as needed
• Collaborates with property management and on-site landscape personnel to clarify expectations and demonstrate proper maintenance practices during evaluations
• Records and communicates successful maintenance techniques, strategies, or solutions from specific projects, ensuring that effective practices are shared with other projects for continuous improvement

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Assists in compiling and analyzing data gathered during assessments, ensuring all findings are accurately categorized and aligned with organizational quality standards
• Prepares initial reports highlighting issues such as plant health deficiencies, pest infestations, or maintenance inefficiencies, along with actionable recommendations for improvement
• Maintains accurate and organized records of all assessments, including photographs, test results, and resolutions, to support trend analysis and continuous process enhancement
• Drafts concise summary reports highlighting critical audit findings, ensuring the inclusion of recommended corrective actions, timelines, and responsible parties for implementation
• Participates in follow-up meetings with property management and other stakeholders to review progress on implemented recommendations and identify further areas for improvement

Technical Visits and Demonstrations:

• Assists in providing hands-on demonstrations of horticultural best practices such as pruning, irrigation, pest control, soil health management, mulching, fertilization, and seasonal care practices to ensure healthy plant growth, aesthetic quality, and sustainable landscape maintenance
• Assists in conducting on-site landscape assessments for specific concerns, such as plant health issues, pest infestations, or irrigation inefficiencies
• Records and reports observations related to plant stress, soil conditions, and improper maintenance practices

Research and Training Support:

• Contributes to horticultural research and assist in developing training programs by providing insights from audits and field observations to enhance landscape personnel capabilities
• Assists in monitoring changes in industry standards and recommend updates to maintenance practices as needed through regular benchmarking

Other Responsibilities:

• Provides support for additional projects and tasks as needed, including collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations
• Completes additional tasks related to the overall landscape maintenance and improvement efforts as assigned by senior management
