AI Specialist (Remote – $8–$10/hr | Full-Time | Arizona Time Zone)

About the Role

We're seeking an AI Specialist to assess, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows across operations, recruitment, training, marketing, and client services. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll research tools, build automations, train teams, and ensure AI adoption delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, , Notion AI, Midjourney, , etc.) to improve processes
  • Develop and document AI-enhanced workflows for recruitment, onboarding, content creation, and reporting
  • Build custom automations and prompt-based solutions to streamline tasks
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to integrate AI across teams
  • Train staff on prompt engineering, best practices, and AI tool usage
  • Research emerging AI trends and recommend solutions aligned with business goals
  • Track performance of AI tools and continuously improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support projects such as chatbot implementation, knowledge base structuring, and data enrichment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in AI, automation, or tech innovation roles
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, , Claude, etc.
  • Solid understanding of AI prompt design, workflows, and integrations
  • Strong communication skills for training and documentation
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable to new technologies

Preferred

  • Experience in offshoring, BPO, or staffing industries
  • Exposure to AI in recruiting, marketing, or administrative workflows
  • Knowledge of CRM/project management tools (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
  • Ability to design dashboards or visual reporting with AI-driven data
