We need a UI/UX Specialist who understands this fundamental shift. You'll design for a world where AI is the primary interface, not a feature. Shape both the visual experience AND how our agents communicate—pioneering human-AI interaction patterns that don't exist yet.

Your Role in the AI Revolution

◆ UI/UX for AI-first world: Design stunning Figma interfaces where AI is the star—dashboards showing AI thinking, trust indicators, conversation states

◆ Journey architect: Map customer paths across UI, voice AI, and chat—design seamless handoffs between visual and conversational touchpoints

◆ Conversation sculptor: Shape how AI agents speak, what personality they project, when to be helpful vs when to step back

◆ Immersive testing: Live the customer experience daily—talk to our AI, find friction, iterate on both UI and conversation quality

◆ Figma systems for AI: Build component libraries for AI states—thinking, responding, confidence levels, error handling

◆ Behavioral detective: Study how users actually interact with AI, design visual cues that build trust and guide naturally

◆ Cross-functional impact: Partner with engineers to refine prompts, adjust AI behaviors, ensure UI and AI work in perfect harmony

The Perfect Candidate Profile

Strong Figma skills are ESSENTIAL—components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems

Solid UI/UX background with 2+ years experience and portfolio

OBSESSED with customer experience—you think in complete journeys, not isolated touchpoints

Excited to pioneer next-gen AI experiences beyond traditional UI/UX

Comfortable testing, talking to, and critiquing AI agents

Can design both beautiful interfaces AND conversation flows

Data-driven—you want to know WHY users behave certain ways

BONUS: Can code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to prototype ideas quickly

EXTRA BONUS: Experience with chatbots, voice UI, or conversational design
