Who We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Significant experience in compensation analysis and career development, preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or Call Centers

Technical Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience in salary benchmarking

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
