Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This role supports administrative operations and contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area
  • Assist in Court rental schedule
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Provide basic information to clients and staff via phone or email
  • Monitor visitor access
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and etc.
  • Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
