Job Summary

The Badminton Court Receptionist is responsible for handling front-desk operations, assisting customers, managing court reservations, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the badminton facility. This role requires excellent customer service skills and prior receptionist experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet players and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle court bookings, walk-in reservations, and scheduling inquiries.
  • Manage check-ins, payments, and issuance of receipts.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries regarding court availability, rates, and house rules.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and daily attendance.
  • Coordinate with court staff regarding schedules and court assignments.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in enforcing facility rules and maintaining order within the premises.
  • Perform other administrative or front-desk tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • With experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or customer service staff.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, polite, and professional in handling guests.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work on-site at 160-A 6th St., 7th Ave., Grace Park East, Caloocan City.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
