Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • With experience in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS, MS Excel, payroll systems, and reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities:

  • Manage enrollment, processing, and updates for government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records
  • Address employee queries related to pay, benefits, deductions, and entitlements
  • Prepare regular reports (salary trends, benefits utilization, headcount costs) for management
  • Process salary adjustments, allowances, and incentives
  • Monitor leave balances.
  • Provide accurate employee data to payroll for processing
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and labor laws
  • Answer queries on pay, deductions, and benefits

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
