KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the company's employee database.

  2. Assist in all HR-related requests and inquiries.

  3. In-charge in recruitment process, from job posting, interviews, candidate selection to onboarding.

  4. Take part in the hiring process by identifying top candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.

  5. Communicate with candidates and assist the HR department during the hiring process.

  6. Maintaining confidentiality and safekeeping of 201 files.

  7. Manage the timekeeping process and resolve any payroll-related errors.

  8. Schedule HR events, meetings and interviews.

  9. Organize and perform employee orientations for new hires.

  10. Generate reports on the HR team's activities and performance.

  11. Finalize termination paperwork and assist exit interviews.

  12. Process incoming emails.

  13. Handle grievances and complaints.

  14. Produce and issuance HR documentation including notices and memorandums.

  15. Provide assistance in organizing and coordinating events.

  16. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resource, business administration, personnel management, or related field required

  2. Prior related working experience is preferred but not required.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
