KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in the planning, organization, and on-site execution of marketing events, activations, and promotional activities.

  2. Conduct product knowledge training during events to equip promoters, sales teams, and support staff with the necessary information to effectively communicate brand value to customers.

  3. Scout and recommend opportunities for brand exposure through external events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community or industry engagements.

  4. Represent the company at events and ensure consistent and professional brand presentation.

  5. Evaluate event tie-ups, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities for brand exposure.

  6. Represent the company in discussions with event organizers, community groups, or industry associations.

  7. Coordinate brand presence and activation in partner-led events.

  8. Collaborate with internal teams to align event activities and brand visibility initiatives with overall marketing strategies.

  9. Monitor competitor participation in events and suggest strategies to strengthen brand positioning.

  10. Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports on outcomes, effectiveness, and improvement areas.

  11. Support the creation of event proposals, presentations, and post-event documentation.

  12. Maintain an updated calendar of external events, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities relevant to the brand.

  13. Perform other marketing-related tasks or projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 1–3 years of experience in events coordination, brand activations, or marketing support; experience in training facilitation is an advantage.

  3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training sessions confidently.

  4. Highly organized with excellent time management and project execution abilities.

  5. Creative and proactive in identifying opportunities for brand promotion and engagement.

  6. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of training materials preparation is an advantage.

  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on event schedules.

  8. Willingness to travel frequently for events, promotions, and training activities.

  9. Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in spare parts, is an advantage.
