Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Night shift

Work set-up: Hybrid (2x/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews Opportunities in Salesforce and cross reference with contracts
  • Handles Client Operations SFDC Cases Requests within the established timeframe
  • Requests to add or deactivate user access to the client's platform through SFDC
  • Manages SFDC data request queue and proactive data clean up
  • Handles internal onboarding documentation and process for all new, first time clients and ensures their account access is setup within 1 day
  • Ensures all compliance documents are completed and are acknowledged by the compliance department
  • Suspends clients with pending payments and reinstate as payments are received
  • Handle trial account activation and deactivation requests
  • Post client invoices in SFDC
  • Manages events partner programs
  • Handles the "Shared Group" email inbox on a daily basis
  • Assists with Collections activities for past due accounts for Subscription and Advertising Clients
  • Acts as general backup for other OTC Client Operations members. Should be flexible, may handle
  • inbound/outbound calls. Knowledge in Salesforce & NetSuite a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in order to cash processes for at least 2 years
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Preferably with experience in pricing
