  • Translate business requirements into sustainable, value-adding solutions
  • Shape and implement Order to Cash (OTC) processes on the latest SAP ERP S/4HANA Public Cloud platform, contributing to user stories that reflect the full end-to-end user journey
  • Work in an Agile environment, actively support backlog refinement, testing, and issue resolution
  • Monitor solution adoption and providing support via ServiceNow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education
  • 2+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP module SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), preferably S/4HANA Public including interfaces with other systems (e.g., SAP Subscription Billing)
  • Experienced in working with software development tools (i.e., Atlassian stack, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals
  • Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, an agile mindset, problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to relocate to Malaysia
