QUALIFICATIONS\: 

 

Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of related Business Analyst experience in the travel industry
· Experience working in an agile environment (in a BA or PO role practicing Kanban, Scrum, or other agile methodology)
 
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. UiPath knowledge a plus.
· Previous experience working with Workflow Management Projects.
· Previous experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) -- such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo, Travelport
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required

POSITION\: Business Analyst – Technical


DESCRIPTION:


Carlson Wagonlit Travel is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Makati City. The Business Analyst will mainly be responsible for preparing and analyzing new systems, technologies, solutions and modifications in order to meet user requirements.  Additionally, the Business Analyst will gather IT requirements and overall documentation through Agile Business Requirement Specification (BRS).
Note\: Some occasional travel may be required for this role

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
· Produce reports to internal management and act as a liaison for interpreting data, answering questions, and resolving problems
· Contribute to project plans for large projects and supports their implementation
· Work closely with Application Owners, Development Managers and Product Owner to ensure correct prioritization of items during releases
· Assist in the identification of potential solutions through the use of analytical skills and business knowledge
· Gather and assimilate all available existing documentation and intelligence
· Produce business process related diagrams in aid of producing technical requirements
