Join our dynamic team as a Permits Staff and play a key role in supporting critical project development through effective coordination with government agencies and accurate documentation.
Job Responsibilities:

Collect and compile all relevant information from government regulatory authorities for the Permits Project
-
Inquiry Report, ensuring accurate documentation to support project planning and land acquisition.
-
Documentations for Business Permit, License to Sell, Pag IBIG Appraisal, Land Tax Declaration Segregation,
-
Individual Permits and Special project permits
-
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all permits, certificates, and applications.
-
Preparation of documents for the request of budget and liquidation process for the requested expenses.
-
Contributes to the overall success of the Permits Group by performing other tasks within the scope of work of the group that may be assigned on an occasional basis.
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent courses
-
Must have a good communication, negotiation, trust worthy, and able to communicate on different levels of
-
social status.
-
Can work within minimal supervision
-
Willing to travel either with company service or through available public transport.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Must be amenable with coordinating to different government agencies.
