About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail stores for Bayanilife Inc.'. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of stores within the Pangasinan Ilocos Region, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives. This is a full-time position based in the Pangasinan Ilocos Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of assigned retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience
  3. Oversee the training and development of store managers and employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  4. Monitor and analyze store-level data to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions
  5. Collaborate with the central team to ensure brand consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures
  6. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  7. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize operational efficiency
  8. Provide regular reports on store performance and make recommendations for future growth and expansion

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management or area management role
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational excellence
  4. Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on insights
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with store managers, customers, and cross-functional teams
  6. Thorough understanding of retail best practices, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
  7. Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and improving store profitability
  8. Familiarity with the retail landscape and consumer trends in the Pangasinan Ilocos Region
