QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field from industries like Supermarkets, Malls, Pharma etc.)
  • Required Skill(s): People Management, Sales, Retail, Business Management
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reportorial

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for driving sales within an assigned area
  • Business review
  • They will monitor the performance of an assigned sales team, set sales goals, as well as build and sustain long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.

Sales

  • Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics

Operations

  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Employee Management

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

Customer Management

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
