We're Hiring: Marketing Associate – Lead Generation & Digital Projects


Location
: Metro, Manila

Marketing Associate
to help drive digital growth, lead generation, and online campaigns in the Philippines.

What You'll Do

  • Run lead generation campaigns across social, search, email, and display channels.
  • Promote digital payment solutions and live passenger tracking apps for B2B and B2C markets.
  • Create and coordinate content for blogs, social media, and case studies.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, campaigns, or lead generation (internships welcome).
  • Familiar with
    Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    .
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and copywriting skills.
  • CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Canva/basic design tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
