  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience planning and leading initiatives

B. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Associate will be an integral part of developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

C. JOB DESCRIPTION AND ACTIVITIES

  1. Assist the Marketing Supervisor in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics.

  2. Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive analysis.

  3. Conduct market research on industry trends.

  4. Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies.

  5. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

  6. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc).

  7. Analyze and report marketing data (campaign results, conversion, etc) to help shape future marketing strategies.

  8. Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.

  9. Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure that campaigns and promotions are relevant.

  10. Maintain timely production, approval, and delivery of projects.

  11. Research, write, and edit content for internal and external marketing communication.

  12. Work collaboratively with internal groups from project development through completion.

  13. Execute other duties assigned.
